2nd Annual Silent Auction


R.O.A.R! is excited to announce it’s second annual silent auction, which will be held at the 4th  annual R.O.A.R! On The Floor at The Valencia Ballroom on October 1, 2011 from 6-11 p.m.  New this year – we will accept credit cards* for payment of silent auction purchases (*Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)!

YOU can help by donating goods/services and/or go out in the community and solicit items for our silent auction.  Last year’s auction was a huge success and we couldn’t have done it without the generous help from our donors and local businesses and organizations.  You may include your business card, brochure, posters or other promotional materials and they will be displayed at the event along with your donation.  All donors will be recognized in a program that will be distributed to all event attendees! 

Please complete this FORM in its entirety, including the signature, and return to R.O.A.R! at the following address no later than Friday, September 16, 2011.

*This silent auction is designed to raise money in support of raising awareness of ovarian cancer.  R.O.A.R! is a 501(c)(3) organization [Tax ID #55-0818906] and all donations are tax deductible.
